  2. Prepare 2 boil and mash aloo
  3. Prepare 2 green chillies

  1. Parat mein atta dale
  2. Is mein mashed aloo.hari mirch.salt mix karein.
  3. Gungane pani se atta goondhe
  4. Tawa par oil ke se roti banaye.
  5. Sag ya sabzi ke sath khaye.

Jowar roti is unleavened flat bread made from jowar/sorghum. This can be served with any dry/gravy vegetables.
