  1. Prepare 1-1/2 cup Jowar
  2. Take 1/2 cup urad dal
  3. Get 1/2 cup brown rice
  4. Get 1/2 cup Finely chopped mix vegetables like carrot beans and capsicum.
  5. Make ready as needed Water as required
  6. Make ready to taste Salt
  7. Get as needed Finely chopped coriander and curry leaves
  8. Get as needed Oil to roast dosa

Instructions to make Jowar Dosa and Idli:
  1. Soak jowar rice and dal.
  2. Grind add salt and ferment overnight.
  3. Next day heat water in idli cooker.
  4. Grease idli moulds place chopped veggies and pour batter over it.
  5. Steam cook for 10 mins.
  6. Demould when cold.
  7. For dosa mix chopped veggies in the batter and make it bit thinner.
  8. Sprinkle batter on hot tava.
  9. Drizzle oil and cook.No need to flip.
  10. Cook until crisp.
  11. Serve both with chutney or sambar
