  4. Coconut batter ko cool ke le.
  5. Apne hatho par ghee laga kar Jowar flour ka dough ka ball le hath par flat ke coconut ki stuffing fill kar modak mould main rakh kar modak shape de.
  6. Steamer mainmodak set kar 15 minutes tak steam ke le.
