  3. Get 1/2 cup coriander leaves

Instructions to make Jowari Roti open sandwich:
  1. Make a dough by mixing together Jowari flour, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves, and rest of the ingredients.
  2. Bind together by adding yogurt, 2 tsp oil or melted ghee and few spoons water.
  3. Boil Potatoes, carrots and peas. Cool and peel potatoes and add carrot, peas and grated paneer and 1 tomato finely chopped.Add salt and spices. Mix well.
  4. Make a small Doda from the Jowari dough.
  5. Make a small cutlet from potatoes mixture.
  6. Heat a large skillet and shallow fry Doda and culet along with some capsicums
  7. Serve by placing a Doda in a plate. Apply some green chutney. Place a lettuce leaf then place the cutlet. Serve roasted capsicums by the side.
