  1. Take 1/4 cup Bajri flour
  2. Take 2 tsp ghee
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cups water
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup Jaggery
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp grated dry coconut
  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp piprimul ganthoda powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
  8. Get 2 tsp mix dryfruits powder
  9. Prepare as required Almonds for garnishing

Steps to make Bajri Raab:
  1. Boil jaggery &water till jaggery melts. Heat iron Kadhai add ghee and roast bajri flour till aroma releases. Now add dry ginger powder, ganthoda powder, dryfruits powder, dry coconut and cook for a while and add jaggery water and cook till thickens.
  2. Serve hot winter tonic Bajri Raab in a bowl and garnish with dry grated coconut and Almonds.
