  2. Take 1/2 tsp Salt
  3. Prepare as needed Water
  4. Get as needed Ghee

Instructions to make Bajra Roti:
  1. Take Bajra flour in big plate add little salt and knead smooth dough. Now make one big boll from the dough sprinkle dry flour in plate place bajra flour boll and prepare roti by tapping with hands (apply dry flour on Palm so dough will not stick on hand). Keep on tawa on flame when tawa becomes hot place bajra roti on it and roast from both the sides.
  2. Take roasted roti in plate and apply Ghee on it. Serve with any sabji. Today I have serve with whole Masoor and Mango pickle.
