  1. Get 1 bowl Bajri Flour
  2. Take 1 tsp Salt
  3. Prepare as required Warm Water
  4. Take 1 Tbsp Ghee

Instructions to make Bajri Na Rotla:
  1. Take a bowl. Add Bajri flour and salt. Mix. Knead a soft dough with warm water. U knead to make the dough really soft by kneading it with your palms.
  2. Now divide it in two parts. Take one part. Make a ball. You need to make round ROTI of this. You can either make it by pressing the ball with your palms. Or take a plastic sheet and keep on a rolling surface. Now press it with your hands in round shape.
  3. Take a griddle. Heat. Now cook ROTI from both sides on medium flame. Apply ghee.
  4. Enjoy with lentils of your choice.
