  1. Take 1 cup bajra flour
  2. Take 1/2 cup wheat flour
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
  4. Get 1 cup fenugreek leaves chopped
  5. Make ready 1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
  6. Make ready 3 green chillies, chopped
  7. Prepare to taste Salt
  8. Prepare 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. Get 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  10. Take 1 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
  11. Get 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  12. Get 2 tablespoons oil
  13. Take As required Ghee for roasting
  14. Prepare as required Water for kneading

Instructions to make Bajra Methi Paratha:
  1. In a bowl take methi, coriander leaves, green chillies, and all dry masalas and oil mix nicely.
  2. Now add all the flours and mix, it should bind, if not add some oil, now put water in batches and knead a semi-soft dough.
  3. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough in portions, take one portion and dust it with wheat flour and roll in shape of paratha
  5. Heat a tawa, place the paratha and cook on medium flame on both the sides, apply ghee on both the sides and roast it nicely.
  6. Once done, remove and serve with curd or pickle or ginger tea.
  7. Repeat for rest of the portions.
