  1. Get 250 gms bajra flour
  2. Prepare 80 gms milk
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp malai (homemade)
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  5. Prepare To steam Water

Instructions to make Bajra Dhokli:
  1. In a mixing bowl take bajra flour, add milk & malai & salt & make a semi-soft dough out of it, you don't have to knead it, just bring it together.
  2. Make small balls out of it, flatten them slightly & place it in a dhokla steamer & cover it & steam it for 15-18 mins on medium to slow flame.
  3. Once it's ready, cool it for 2mins & serve it hot with a glass of milk or tea.
  4. This is a very rich and heavy breakfast item, you can have 3-4 pieces and you are good to go.
