  1. Make ready 1 bowl bajra (pearl millet) flour
  2. Make ready 1 bowl boiled veggies(radish, turnip, beet)
  3. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  4. Prepare 1 chopped green chilli
  5. Make ready 1/4 tsp carom seeds

Steps to make Sabjiwala bajra paratha:
  1. Take flour and add salt and carom seeds to it.
  2. Boil vegetables(i have used winter veggies which have lots of water like radish, carrot, turnip etc) as bajra flour is little dry
  3. Knead flour with veggies(use water in which veggies are boiled) and give it rest for 30 minutes
  4. Roll out paratha with palm and dry flour
  5. Heat up skillet and cook from both sides by using oil.
  6. Enjoy hot paratha Bajra flour is really good to keep your body warm in winters
