  2. Chop paalak into small and add it to boiled kadi Also add salt
  3. Make a tadka of all the 4 seeds and asafoetida in oil and saute ginger chilli paste in this
  4. Add this tadka to kadi stir it for 2 mins and turn off the flame and cover kadi so that it gets infused to kadi
  5. Put red chilli pd tadka at serving if you like spicy and enjoy
