  1. Take 2 box jiffy corn bread mix
  2. Make ready 4 hot dog
  3. Take 1 milk and eggs follow recipe on box
  4. Make ready 1 optional list: one can creamed corn for corn cake dog muffins..more moist or you can use 1 tbs veg. oil.you can also add 1tbs honey if u like yours sweeter

Mix the cornbread mix, eggs, milk and cheese until blended. Spary muffin tins with cooking spray. Place each hot dog piece into the center of the corn muffin mixture and press down slightly. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, whisk the wet ingredients and dry ingredients.

Instructions to make Corn dog muffins:
  1. preheat oven 400°F or as stated on box
  2. spray pan with non stick spray
  3. mix ingredients as box states.
  4. mix in optional ingredients if adding any
  5. pour muffin pan half full in each.
  6. cut hot dog so u have four slices for each muffin or one for mini muffin
  7. bake for about 15 minutes

Place each hot dog piece into the center of the corn muffin mixture and press down slightly. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, whisk the wet ingredients and dry ingredients. Keep them frozen, and take out as many corn dog mini muffins as you want when you are ready to eat them.
